67 movements Combined Tai-Chi Chuan form
The 67 movements Combined Tai-Chi Chuan form was created in the 1950’s during a series of meetings of several contemporary Tai Chi masters with the goal to create standardized forms for China. It was homologated by the Chinese National Athletic Commission in 1958 and contains characteristics of several styles like Yang (open elegance), Wu (compactness), Sun (swiftness), Chen (explosive movements) and Fu (left and right sided with rippling steps).
