28 de Noviembre, written out as Veintiocho de Noviembre in Spanish, is a settlement of around 5,300 inhabitants (mostly of Argentinian, Bolivian, Paraguay, and Italian origin) located at the south west of southern Argentinian province of Santa Cruz, about 270 km west of RĂo Gallegos and 13 km south of RĂo Turbio. The town is located near the border with Chile, not far from Puerto Natales.
