1999 South Dakota Learjet crash
The 1999 South Dakota Learjet crash involved a chartered Learjet 35 flying between Orlando to Dallas, Texas. Early in the flight, the aircraft was cruising at altitude on autopilot and gradually lost cabin pressure, with the result that all on board died of hypoxia, lack of oxygen.
