Ä°zmit
Ä°zmit (also known as Kocaeli; ancient Nicomedia) is the capital city of the Kocaeli Province of Turkey. It is located by the Gulf of Ä°zmit, about 100 km east of Ä°stanbul in the northwestern part of Anatolia.
