Ćevapčići
Ćevapčići (in Croatia and Serbia) or Ćevapi (in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, Serbia) or Ќебапи (in Macedonia) or Кебапи (in Bulgaria) is the name of a popular dish in the Balkans. They are small grilled rolls of minced meat (in Bosnia of beef and lamb; or pork and beef in Serbia and Macedonia).
