The 2006 National Plenary Session of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, or more formally, the All-China Fourth Plenary Session of the Tenth CPPCC (全国政协十届四次会议) was held in Beijing, in conjunction with the 2006 NPC Session. The Three Nongs are slated to be one of the major topics of discussion.
