Party school
A party school is a term used to refer to colleges, universities, or any institution of higher learning in which there exists a culture of ribaldry and licentiousness amongst the student population. The term is not used mututally exclusively with a school that has a strong academic program (that is, a school can have a strong academic program and still be properly called a "party school"), though party schools are sometimes perceived as not having strong academic programs.
