Patrona Halil
Patrona Halil İsyanı (d. November 25, 1730), an Albanian and attendant in a hammam in the Ottoman capital of Istanbul, was the instigator of a mob uprising in 1730 which replaced Sultan Ahmed III with Mahmud I.
