Parnell Edwards
Parnell Steven "Stacks" Edwards (January 15, 1947-December 18, 1978) was an African American petty thief who became associated with the infamous Jimmy Burke during the 1978 Lufthansa Heist. In addition, mobster Henry Hill used to use him in his credit card fraud operations.
