Paul Seabright
Paul Seabright is Professor of Economics at the University of Toulouse, France. Formerly a Fellow of All Souls College, Oxford, and of Churchill College, Cambridge, where he was lecturer and then Reader until 2001, he is a contributor to the London Review of Books.
