Paul Kan Man-Lok
Paul Kan Man-Lok CBE (born 1947) is the chairman of Champion Technology Group which he founded in 1987. The group includes three Hong Kong listed companies: Champion Technology Holdings Limited, Kantone Holdings Limited, and DIGITALHONGKONG.
