Bourgogne Passe-Tout-Grains is a controlled appellation from the region of Burgundy, France. The Bourgogne Passe-Tout-Grains became regional apellation on 31 July 1937 and is comprised by at least one third Pinot Noir and Pinot Liebault and two thirds Gamay grapes that are fermented together.
