Paresh Baruah
Paresh Baruah (or Paresh Baruah), born in 1957 at Jeraichakali Bhariagaon, Assam, India, is the self-syled commander-in-chief of the terrorist group ULFA. He is based in Bangladesh, from where he conducts the activites inside India.
