Paul Jasper
Paul Jasper (born November 2, 1974) is an American former race car driver born in Dayton, Ohio. He was a marginally successful Toyota Atlantic competitor in the mid 1990's and put together funding to attempt 6 CART races for Dale Coyne Racing in 1997, though he failed to qualify or start in two of them.
