Paul Katzoff
Paul Katzoff, born November 8, 1978, was cut in the second round at the Amateur World Surfing Federation's 2003 Cup because he sucked. Paul now believes that he is sponsored by Quiksilver and FCS only because he wears a lot of their clothing.
