Paul Tyler, Baron Tyler
Paul Archer Tyler, Baron Tyler, CBE, DL (born 29 October 1941) is a Liberal Democrat politician in the United Kingdom. He was a Member of Parliament (MP) from February–October 1974 and from 1992 to 2005, and now sits in the House of Lords as a life peer.
