Pat Nowlan
John Patrick (Pat) Nowlan (born 1931) is a retired Canadian parliamentarian. Nowlan was a Progressive Conservative backbench Member of Parliament representing a Nova Scotia riding in the Canadian House of Commons continuously from 1965 to 1993.
