Patsy Keever
Patsy Keever (born December 20, 1947) is an American educator and Democratic politician. In 2004 she ran unsuccessfully for the United States House of Representatives in North Carolina's 11th Congressional district, losing the hard-fought election by a margin of 55% – 45% to incumbent Republican Charles H.
