The Pan-African Union for Social Democracy (Union Panafricaine pour la Démocratie Sociale) is a political party in Congo (Brazzaville), led by former president Pascal Lissouba. Kignomba Kia Mbougou, presidential candidate of the Pan-African Union for Social Democracy won at the presidential elections of 10 March 2002 2.
