Palestinian exodus
The Palestinian exodus (Arabic: الهجرة الŮلسطينية al-Hijra al-Filasteeniya) refers to the refugee flight of Palestinian Arabs during the 1948 Arab-Israeli war. It is called the Nakba (Arabic: النŮبة), meaning "disaster" or "cataclysm", by Palestinians.
