Patrick O. Ford
Patrick Osborne Ford (2 May 1942 – 21 June 1968) was a United States Navy sailor who was killed in Vietnam after he saved the lives of two of his shipmates. US Navy posthumously awarded him the Navy Cross and later named a frigate, USS Ford (FFG-54), after him.
