Palar River
The Palar is a river of southern India. It rises in Kolar district of Karnataka state, and flows 295 km (183 miles) southeast through Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu, emptying into the Bay of Bengal south of Chennai near Sadras.
