Paikuhan
Paikuhan (Pikkon in the English dubbed version) is a character from the anime filler of Dragon Ball Z of an unknown species from the West Galaxy. He is similar in presentation to Piccolo in that they are both serious, green-skinned and wear weighted clothing, but he is not a Namekian.
