Paul Mellon
Paul Mellon KBE (11 June 1907 – 1 February 1999) was an American philanthropist and Thoroughbred racehorse owner/breeder who is one of the only four people ever designated "Exemplars of Racing" by the National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame.
