Patrick Higginbotham
Patrick Errol Higginbotham (born 1938 in McCalla, Alabama) is a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Although the court is based in New Orleans, Louisiana, Judge Higginbotham's chambers are in Austin, Texas, where he moved in August 2005 from Dallas, Texas.
