Palatschinken



The Central European pancake, called Palatschinken in German, plăcintă in Romanian, Palacsinta in Hungarian is thin and comparable to the French crêpe. Unlike thick American pancakes, it is filled with different types of food and can be eaten for lunch or dinner.
