Patripassionism

Patripassionism is a Christian heresy from the times of the early church stating that God the Father was incarnated and suffered on the cross. This is problematic within the concept of the Trinity because the Christian Scriptures record Jesus Christ as speaking to God the Father while he was on the cross.
