Parmo
Parmo, short for parmesan, is a much loved food dish and was created by Gary Michael McKenna some time in the eighties whilst experimenting in Fatso's restaurant (not the chain we all know today), he then worked in the Europa Restaurant for some time and perfected his adapted dish. This all happened in Middlesbrough in the North East of England.
