Paco Larrañaga
Francisco Juan "Paco” Larrañaga (born 1977) is a Spanish-Filipino convicted of murder and sentenced to death on February 3, 2004. He along with six others were sentenced to death by lethal injection for the kidnapping and murder of Marijoy and Jacqueline Chiong on July 16, 1997 in Cebu City, Cebu.
