P. K. van der Byl
Pieter Kenyon Fleming-Voltelyn van der Byl (November 11, 1923 – November 15, 1999) was a Rhodesian politician who was a close associate of Prime Minister Ian Smith and served as his Foreign Minister from 1974 to 1979.
