Pan Arab Consulting Engineers (PACE) is a Kuwaiti construction company founded in 1968 focusing on planning, design and construction supervision. PACE has been involved in over 850 construction projects in Kuwait and internationally, including the Bayan Palace, Salhiya Complex, an extension of Kuwait University and the 6th ring motorway.
