Queen Elizabeth's Grammar School for Boys



Queen Elizabeth's School is a boys' grammar school in Barnet, North London, founded in 1573 by Queen Elizabeth I, petitioned by Robert Dudley, Earl of Leicester, and assisted by local alderman Edward Underne. Officially, it is known as Queen Elizabeth's Grammar School for Boys and its name is often shortened to QE Boys.
