The Queen Elizabeth II Silver Jubilee Medal was a commemorative medal struck by the Canadian Mint celebrating the twenty-fifth anniversary of Her Majesty's reign as Queen of Canada. The medal was awarded to Canadians who have made a significant contribution to their fellow citizens, their community or to Canada.
