Queijo coalho
Queijo coalho or Queijo de coalho ('coalho' cheese in Portuguese, pronounced 'KAY-zhoo KWAH-lyoo') is a firm but very lightweight cheese produced in Brazil. It is rather salty and has an almost 'squeaky' texture when bitten into.
