Qamdo Prefecture
Qamdo Prefecture (Tibetan: ཆབ་ŕ˝ŕ˝‘ོ་ས་ŕ˝ŕ˝´ŕ˝ŁŕĽ‹; Wylie: chab-mdo sa khul; simplified Chinese: ćŚé˝ĺś°ĺŚş; pinyin: ChÄngdĹ« DìqĹ«) is a subnational entity in the eastern part of the Tibetan Autonomous Region, containing the town of Chamdo. The capital of the prefecture is Qamdo County.
