Raymond Garrett
Sir Raymond William Garrett AFC AEA (October 1990–12 October 1994) was an Australian photographer, pilot, and politician. A member of the Liberal Party of Australia, Garrett served on the Victorian Legislative Council for eighteen years, and was knighted in 1973.
