The Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law (or RGSOIPL) is a Law School based at Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur engaged in teaching and research of law with special emphasis on Intellectual Property Law. It commenced academic activities from the Academic Year 2006-07, on 20th July 2006.
