Randy Effect
Randy Effect (ran dee uh fect) is a video game term used to describe an effect where the player attacks using only the weakest of the combo, causing them to constantly be stunned and not fall down. Made famous by Randy Fluharty playing Streets of Rage 2 for the Sega Genesis, using the character Axel.
