Rat bite fever
Rat bite fever is a syndrome caused by a zoonotic agent after a bite with a (laboratory) animal. The causal bacteria can be Streptobacillus moniliformis (streptobacillary rat-bite fever) or Spirillum minus (spirillary rat-bite fever).
