Regional Arts & Culture Council
The Regional Arts & Culture Council (also known by the acronym "RACC") is the agency that oversees arts activity throughout the Portland, Oregon, metropolitan area. It was established as an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in 1995, replacing a bureau that had been shared by the City of Portland and Multnomah County -- the Metropolitan Arts Commission.
