Rahmon Nabiev
Rakhmon Nabiyev (Раҳмон Набиев; alternative spelling Rahmon Nabiev; 1930–1993) served as the First Secretary of the Communist Party of Tajikistan and twice as the President of Tajikistan. He partly instigated the Tajikistan Civil War.
