Red bean paste (Chinese: or ; Pinyin: Hóngdòushā; Hokkien: angtaosa) or azuki bean paste (Japanese: , , ) is a sweet, dark red paste originating in China. It is used in Chinese cuisine, Japanese confectionery and Korean cuisine.
