Rawghlie Clement Stanford
Rawghlie Clement Stanford (August 2, 1879–December 15, 1963) was the 8th governor of Arizona and served from 1937 to 1939. Born in Buffalo Gap, Texas, he was a lawyer and served as Justice of the Arizona State Supreme Court after his governorship in 1943.
