Rasht Valley



The Rasht Valley (Tajik: Водии Рашт) is an administrative and geographic unit of Tajikistan comprising the six districts of Jirgital, Garm, Ragoun, Tavildara, Tajikabad and Nurabad. Historically the Rasht Valley has been called Karotegin or Karategin.
