Ramachandran plot



A Ramachandran plot (also known as a Ramachandran Map or a Ramachandran diagram), developed by Gopalasamudram Narayana Ramachandran's graduate student V. Sasisekharan, is a way to visualize dihedral angles φ against ψ of amino acid residues in protein structure.
