Rødgrød med fløde
Rødgrød med fløde (English: red porridge with cream) is a traditional Danish dessert pudding. Generally, 'rødgrød' is made with berries (usually redcurrants, but they can be strawberries, raspberries, or others) which are stewed with sugar and potato starch.
