The is a railway museum due to open on 2007-10-14 in ĹŚnari-cho, ĹŚmiya-ku, Saitama, Saitama, Japan. The East Japan Railway Culture Foundation, a non-profit affiliate of the East Japan Railway Company will build and operate it.
