R. W. McQuarters
Reginald Willingham McQuarters, II (born December 21, 1976 in Tulsa, Oklahoma) is an American football cornerback for the New York Giants of the NFL. He was originally selected with the 28th overall pick of the first round of the 1998 NFL Draft by the San Francisco 49ers out of Oklahoma State University.
