Rainbow Media Holdings LLC, a subsidiary of Cablevision, is an entertainment company in the United States that owns the cable channels AMC, WE, fuse, Independent Film Channel, VOOM HD Networks, MSG Network, FSN New York, News 12, and several others. It also owns the Video On Demand networks Mag Rack and sportskool.
