Red Card (Special forces unit)
Red Card, from the manga First President of Japan, is a fictional elite special forces unit of the Japanese Ground Self-Defense Forces. They are based at the Narashino Ground Self-Defense Forces base at Narashino in the Chiba Prefecture.
